I think he is just a fantastic teammate. I think they mean as a teammate, as in, the erraticism of some of his decision making at times. I love Russ, he can simply dominate anyone if he eliminates mistakes and is knocking down his shot(They were supposed to take down GS KD's last year there), but in the end it comes down to consistency in decision making. as i type this i also imagine how angry and competitive this would make Russ. Sorry Russ, love you.

And russ jumped on him and told Adams not to answer and that we win a lose as a team.

This story he mentions to Colin he follows up by saying "That only motivated me more".
