I think this is the easy call, without actually watching him play. He's a pretty damn good slasher, ball handler, finisher, a good passer, and has relatively high basketball IQ. People like to clown him, but his shooting is getting better, and if you're an optimist, this looks like incredible value.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'm the ticket seller, conductor, and the lady who pushes the sweet trolley on the Markelle Fultz hype train.

Which is the point, you can add value outside of your 3 point shot and he does. He's a fast break threat, a good ball handler, and a good playmaker. If he improves on what he's good at he will be worth his contract.

I would have said this last year, but Lonzo's shot looks almost normal now. Kelle is way smoother and seems like a player you can rely on, but Lonzo is a better overall playmaker. Their skillsets are quite a bit different so it's hard to compare. If I need someone to get a bucket I'd take Kelle, but if I need someone to run a team for 40 minutes I want Lonzo.

I like this contract, it’s pretty cheap for a starting PG and the expectation is he will continue to improve. If not, it isn’t that long term of a deal and it isn’t that much money. This and drafting Cole Anthony are the only moves our FO has made the last two years that I really like.

I can tell 70% of the thread hasn't watched Markelle play last year or how much people are getting paid in general. It may be a slight overpay based on his last year but he was solid for us, and if he improves at all, which I'm sure they're banking on, it makes it a completely fair deal.

Big Fultz fan, have been following him his whole career even after he went to the Magic.

His stats last year don't jump out at you but he has an 'it' factor that you just can't quite grasp unless you watch his game. Runs the offence far better than any other player on the team, and has an excellent two man game with Vuc that changed Magic fans' tunes on wanting to trade him (Vuc).

Absolutely worth the contract given how much you'd expect him to improve, and how much improvement he's already shown in the preseason.

76人球迷：富尔茨铁粉在此，他去了魔术之后我就一直关注着。
