马塔周记：要保住英超第三

由于小编个人情况，周记更新晚了一天，在此先跟大家道个歉。学习英语，每周一期，妈妈再也不用担心我的英语阅读喽。这一周，马塔蜀黍想跟我们分享些什么呢(本篇周记写在足总杯比赛之前)？
小伙伴们大家好。上周挺有意思的，我们没有进行比赛，而这周我们又要一周双赛了。这两场比赛都是客场，我们必须要好好表现才能获得胜利。
在梦剧场击败伯恩利之后，我们来到了英超的第三位。这场比赛再次证明了，无论排名第几，英超的球队都不好对付啊。伯恩利上半时发挥得很不错，多亏了斯莫林和范佩西的进球，我们拿下了比赛。
如果我们想晋级足总杯八强，我们就要重视今晚的对手普雷斯顿。俱乐部里的每一个人都知道我们在足总杯中有机会夺冠，我们会争取获得冠军。千里之行，始于足下，我们必须一步一步来，先拿下今晚的对手。
我读了一些普雷斯顿的资料，他们也是英格兰联赛的创办球队之一，他们还以不败的成绩获得过冠军。我们将会在深谷球场进行这场比赛，这是职业足球中最古老的赛场之一。1875年，这个球场就举办过足球赛。我们的对手充满了历史感，我很喜欢英格兰足球的这一点。
周末我们会客场挑战斯旺西，赛季揭幕战我们就输给了他们。希望我们这次能击败对手，保住第三的位置。
因为这周没有比赛，所以我在电视前好好地当了一次集锦帝。在经过了15年年初的磨合之后，拜仁又开始了狂飙。勒沃库森和狼堡的比赛也很爽，最终的比分是4-5。
再来看看西甲，在经历了难熬的一周后，皇马取得了一场胜利。这场胜利很重要，它可以帮助队员们恢复一些能量，从而来备战接下来的重要比赛。
巴萨再一次展现了自己惊人的攻击力。看起来，现在的梅西正处在人生巅峰。再看看梅西身边给力的队友，在巴萨参加的每一项比赛中，他们都是冠军的有力争夺者。还有马竞，他们在客场输给了塞尔塔。巴伦西亚和塞维利亚都赢球了，西甲的欧冠资格之争也挺有意思的。
当你读到这篇博客时，NBA全明星比赛已经结束了。我看了三分大赛，库里夺冠。我也看了扣篮大赛，扎克拉文可真了不得。家嫂兄弟成为了第一对在全明星比赛中首发的亲兄弟，他们还进行了争球。恭喜他们哥俩！

Hi everyone,
Away goes what has been a different weekend, because we haven’t played, and today we start a new week with two games ahead. Both are away from home and both will require a good performance from us in order to be successful.
We are now on the third spot in the Premiership after beating Burnley in Old Trafford, although this game showed that every team in this league, no matter how they stand on the table, can give you a tough time even in your own stadium. They had a really good first half, but we were able to win thanks to those two headers from Smalling and Robin’s goal from the penalty spot.
That respect for our rivals must be the same tonight against Preston if we want to make it to the last eight of the FA Cup. All of us in the club are very aware of the good chance we have to achieve something great in this competition, and we will try to lift the trophy. But we must go step by step and focus only on this round.
I have been reading a bit about tonight’s rival and I have seen that Preston North End was one of the founder members of the English League, and they even got to win it without a single defeat. We play at Deepdale Stadium, which is considered the world’s oldest stadium in professional football. It is said to have hosted its first game in 1875… Definitely this is a team who also brings that historic touch that I like about English football. However, they are not living in the past: they are in a good position in the League 1 and I’m sure they want to add to his long history a great performance against Manchester United.
And next Saturday we will visit Swansea. They beat us in the opening week of the Premiership. I hope we win this time so we can keep the third spot.
Since we didn’t play this weekend I had some time to watch football highlights on TV. Starting in Germany with Bayern Munich – the machinery proving to be up and running again after a hesitant start in 2015. Also the thrilling game between Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg, which ended 4-5.
In Spain, Real Madrid won a very important game after a complicated week. In those cases, a victory is the best remedy and also helps to recover some energy with a view to the decisive weeks of the season.Barça enjoyed more though, once again displaying an extraordinary offensive power. Messi seems to be reaching his peak of the season right now. And if we add up the contribution from some other fantastic players, they are potential candidates to win every single competition. Meanwhile, Atlético de Madrid was defeated away from home by a good Celta de Vigo.
Valencia won too, and so did Sevilla; I think the race for the Champions League spots is going to be very interesting.
When you read this, the All Star Game of the NBA will be already over. I watched the three-point contest, won by Curry, and the slam dunk contest, won by Lavine and his amazing dunks, and I’m really pleased that Pau and Marc Gasol have become the first brothers to ever start an All Star Game, which includes the jump ball between the two of them. My congratulations to this pair of phenomenal players!
